How long will delivery take?

If I am holding stock I will ship within 5 business days.

For bespoke pieces, delivery will be quoted based on stock availability and delivery times from my supplier. The insects I use come from all around the world so often I have to wait 6-8 weeks from point of order for new stock.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

I offer Paypal as a secure payment method and I do not store any payment details.

Where do you source your insects?

The insects I use are both captive bred and wild collected. All wild collected species are sustainably sourced. No species I sell are endangered.

My suppliers generally deal with local collectors and thus monies earned go to their economies. Those dependent on insect collection for their income naturally aim to protect their environment.

I'd like to buy an item that is showing as Out Of Stock, what should I do?

Please send me an email to let me know what you're looking for and I'll be happy to quote lead times for new stock.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Your Paypal receipt serves as your invoice.

Do you offer bespoke pieces?

Do you stock butterflies?

Unfortunately butterflies do not lend themselves well to my decorating techniques. This is also the case for moths and, on the most part, spiders.
